The Customer Service Awards 2019

Back in 2019, I was asked to do my first live presenting job for the Sure Customer Service Awards. Fair to say, this was a completely new experience for me and I was a bundle of nerves but I was presenting alongside the experienced and Jersey's favourite, Peter Mac.
